2025 Community Centre Grant Funding Program
Council approved the allocation of $65,500 to non-profit organizations as presented under the 2025 Community Centre Grant Funding Program.
2025 Recreation Grant Funding Program
Council approved payment of the 2025 Recreation Funding in the amount of $243,500 to the 6 external organizations as presented.
Bridge File 00931 Low Rating Advisory
County Council approved amending the Bridgeman Services contract to include repairs to BF 00931 at a cost of $137,500.00, inclusive of contingency and engineering; and further, that the funds be allocated from the bridge maintenance operating budget, with any funding shortfall to be covered from bridge reserves.
Signing Authority Policy
County Council approved new Signing Authority Policy AD 1033-01 as presented.
Repeal Signing Authority Policy
County Council repealed Signing Authority Policy CC 3003-01.
Vegreville Cultural Association
County Council approved to provide a letter of support to the Vegreville Cultural Association for their grant application to the Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP) for facility upgrades.
Sale of Municipal Lands
County Council approved the bid of $5,000 for a 4.35 acre parcel of land legally described as PT. SE 20-51-12-W4M; and further declined the bids received for a 1.0 acre parcel of land legally described as PT. SW 4-50-9-W4M.
